In this photo you will see that yes, my pants are unzipped and I am holding a beer can with me teeth, but my girls look amazing and we are in the middle of one hell of a vacation. This photo is so dear to my heart, even though I look a bit ratchet, the beauty is in that the photo speaks to our lifestyle. Collectively we listen to our bodies above all other influences. We all get our shit done, we all have a lot going for us, we all challenge ourselves on the reg and are highly motivated but when we have an impulse we just go for it. Being in touch with your body is a skill that I don't think a lot of people have mastered because in our society we are also being told to manipulate and change our bodies to fit the 'ideal.' I think if everyone worked harder to hear what their bodies were saying they might take more chances and start sustaining true happiness.
